Job Description
Warehouse Supervisor
A Warehouse Supervisor oversees the operations in a warehouse. Responsible for supervising the work of Warehouse Assistants, the Warehouse Supervisor coordinates and implements logistical processes to ensure optimal operations to support field work. Ensures inventory and storage areas are clean and maintained.
Monitors Warehouse Associates to ensure safety procedures are being followed when operating forklifts and other machinery
Requirements:
Education and Experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, and experience of at least one (1) year.
Inventory Forecasting skills preferred
Microsoft Tools literacy strongly preferred (Example - Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Physical Requirements
• Ability to stand, walk, sit
• Ability to use hands to handle or feet
• Ability to reach with hands and arms
• Ability to climb and balance
• Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 lbs
• Ability to maintain all safety expectations
• Ability to work in various outdoor environments and conditions, including heights, confined spaces, and inclement weather.
• May need to work outdoors for extended periods.
