Pay is based on experience: Locator / Operator $37.50 - $46.80, Ground Hand $25 - $34, Warehouse - $25, Lineman $38 - $45 / Production bonuses
Qualifications
Applicants must experience underground construction, use of mini ex and skid steer. understanding of the 811 locate system. PPE is to be used at all times while working and OSHA Standards are adhered to. CDL is a Plus
Other Requirements
We have uses Vermeer and Ditch Witch with DCI Electronics. Ground hands must be able to understand proper procedure for potholing, uses of tarps at all times is required.

We are seeking trustworthy and reliable people to add to our In-house crews. We build long haul and FTTH, FTTP. We also do ISP work and Civil work, depending on the client. We hold multiple prime contracts int he mid-west.
- weekly vehicle, equipment and tool inspections
- confirm bore path with Project Manager
- Time stamped before and after pictures are a must.
- be able to lift 75lbs
- restore within 24hrs of ground disturbance, snow fence and plywood must be used
- communicate well with others!!
- set vaults, pedestals, pull cable
- Team work mind set!!
