Qualifications
Experience needed with designing Aerial & Buried new Builds; Facility Relocations; Pole Load Surveys; Make Ready Exercise. Road Moves; Fiber & Pair Management (Splicing/Throws). CAD/E / GIS Drafting Skills a plus but not required.

Job Description
This position is a 1099 Fielding Engineer to be located primarily in the Kingsport / Johnson City TN Markets. Could require some travels. This successful candidate must be able to manage all aspects of Outside Plant Engineering. Experience with CAD/E or GIS a plus but not required.
