Qualifications
3+ Years of experience operating mini excavators in the field. Must have a strong work ethic and be ready to work outdoors for 8-10 hours per day. Ability to travel statewide as projects require. Must have valid documentation that allows travel and employment in Texas. Acceptable statuses include: U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident (Green Card), Valid Work Permit (EAD), DACA recipient with current authorization.
Other Requirements
Additional bonus pay for candidates who can bring general laborers to join the crew. This position is also open to crews of one mini excavator operator and two general laborers if you would prefer to work as a subcontractor.
