Job Description
CAT5 Construction Services is currently seeking subcontract drill and underground crews for the St Louis market. The scope of work involves installation of HDPE pipes, cable placement, installation of vaults, pull boxes, handholes and pedestals. Occasionally, road cores and sidewalk removal may be required. Restoration must be completed prior to invoicing.

Underground subcontractors are required to provide all necessary equipment, trucks, tools, labor and insurance. You must operate within a culture of safety and possess the imperative desire to satisfy our customers’ needs.

An Understanding of Fiber and Coax Design and Construction Methods
Knowledge of UG Materials and Tools
Ability to Read Design Prints and Plat Maps
Complete Understanding of Utility Locates
Quality Assurance
Ability to follow ROW and Traffic Control Permits
Safety Protocols
DOT Regulations
State ROW Compliance
Damage Mitigation
Strong Communications Skills
