Job Description
. We are currently seeking an experienced Underground Directional Driller to join our team. This role requires a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is safety-focused, and is willing to travel extensively.
Key Responsibilities
• Safely and efficiently operate directional drilling equipment to achieve high daily production volumes.
• Perform daily equipment maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance.
• Maintain a clean and organized job site each day.
• Operate safely at all times, following company and industry standards.
• Assist with manual labor when required, including shoveling and ground work.
• Provide guidance and training to new employees as they are hired.
• Travel extensively to project sites, often requiring extended periods away from home.
Requirements
• Proven experience as an Underground Directional Driller.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to maintain equipment.
• Willingness to perform physical labor and work in outdoor environments.
• Safety-first mindset with knowledge of OSHA and industry safety standards.
• Ability to travel extensively and stay on projects for extended periods.
• Leadership skills and willingness to mentor/train new team members.
Preferred Qualifications
• CDL license is a plus.
• Experience working with underground utilities (fiber, gas, power, water).
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
