Qualifications
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation, ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions, comfortable with heights, ladders and confined spaces, strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills, good communications skills and ability to work as part of a team, willingness to learn fiber optic installation, splicing and testing. Also a plus but not required, previous experience with telecommunications.
Other Requirements
Must have basic hand tools, preferably a work truck to start working, ability to use power tools like drills, must wear proper safety gear, ability to read and interpret diagrams, maps or instructions. Willingness to travel to job sites as needed, familiarity with fiber optic tools. (Fusion splicer, Cleaver, Power meter, Light Source)

We are seeking a motivated Fiber Optic Technician to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, splicing, testing, and maintaining fiber optic cables and equipment for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This is a hands-on position that requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to work in both indoor and outdoor environments.
