Minimum of 1 year of experience in construction management at the foreman level or above in running FTTH projects. Familiarity with Directional Drilling, Fiber Blowing, Fiber Splicing and Vibratory Plow techniques. Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including 811 reporting and permitting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers, contractors and team members. Demonstrated commitment to safety and the ability to implement and enforce safety

Oversee and record the progress of Underground Fiber projects. Provide regular updates to the Project Manager on project status, challenges, and achievements. Verify and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including 811 reporting, permitting, and other local requirements. Collaborate with regulatory bodies to secure necessary approvals and permits for project execution. Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety policies and procedures for all on-site employees and subcontractors. Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards. Act as the first point of contact for customers and contractors regarding project planning, updates, and changes. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment with project goals. Demonstrate proficiency in overseeing projects involving Directional Drill and Vibratory Plow techniques. Utilize experience at Foreman Level or above in the execution and management of FTTH projects. Looking for a person who has no travel restrictions between Virginia, Missouri and other markets
