Previous construction or outdoor labor experience preferred, but not required – we will train the right candidates. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor for extended periods. Comfortable working in varying weather conditions. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Willingness to travel to different job sites as needed.
Job Description
Assist with the installation and removal of fiber optic and coaxial cable systems.
Perform digging, trenching, and backfilling for underground cable placement.
Operate hand tools and basic power equipment safely.
Pull, lay, and secure conduit and fiber drops.
Assist in setting up work zones, including traffic control measures.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Support crew leads and technicians with various construction tasks.
