1-2 Years of Cable experience and or fiber, Understanding of quality control best methods & practices, Ladder safety, Knowledge of using a Fiber meter & reading wave length data when looking at your meter, Fusion splicing experience is preferred but not mandatory to start.

Must have a WHITE truck and or van capable of carrying extension ladder, Must be able to show up with a positive attitude, Customer satisfaction skills are a must as well as cleanliness this is a strict market.

We are actively looking for experienced fiber technicians in our Google markets through out Texas - These are very stable market's year around are heavy install based ideally applicants will have fiber experience for rfog/epon, at the least Coax experience.

This market are unlike your typical cable vendors, there is zero tolerance for techs that run and gun we have very tight metrics and do very well performance wise we do not tolerate individuals that are not here to do quality work.
