Must be an experienced with fiber / coax and must be familiar with Residential Installs.

WHITE TRUCK / VAN with commercial rack and ladder on it. Fiber & Coax tools as well, Samsung Galaxy S23FE or newer phone for the market, Mechanical fiber kit for splicing connectors, Viavi or Veex meter. Must have valid Driver License.

Cable Technicians are responsible for installing and troubleshooting cable television and internet systems in residential homes and businesses. While specific Cable Technician job duties can vary depending on the type of systems they work with (i.e., cable television, digital phone line, internet, etc.), general duties for Cable Technicians include:

• Provide high level of customer service;

• Troubleshooting and repairing cable system infrastructure;

• Plan for installing data and voice cables for residential cable television and home router systems;

• Upgrading / Downgrading existing cable television and internet systems;

• Performing cable system maintenance.
