Are you a proven leader who knows how to build and manage great teams? We are hiring a bilingual Field Manager to lead our missile and drill crews in Knoxville. We are seeking an expert in safety, quality, and crew management to drive our projects forward.
Your Role:
- Lead and develop multiple field crews.
- Drive a culture of safety and excellence on every job site.
- Manage daily production and logistics across multiple projects.
- Serve as the key link between your teams and project management.
Required:
- Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Proven experience leading multiple crews.

- Construction or underground utility experience.
- Knowledge of drilling, boring, or blueprints.
