REQUIREMENTS:
Authorized 1099 Contractor
Must Have Own Work Truck, Ladder & Tools
Fusion Splicing & Fiber Installation Experience
Basic English Communication
Strong Troubleshooting & Independence

Own work truck, ladders, and full tool setup
Fusion splicer and fiber tools experience required
Prior fiber optic installation and splicing experience
Must speak basic English
Strong troubleshooting skills
Willing to work independently and efficiently
Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Perform Fiber to the Home (FTTH) installations for Fidium customers
Use fusion splicer and test equipment to install, splice, and verify fiber lines
Route and secure fiber drops from terminal to customer premise
Troubleshoot and resolve signal loss or connectivity issues
Keep accurate records of work completed, digital.
Maintain clean, professional work standards and excellent customer service
