Qualifications
Contractors need Workers Comp and General Liability insurance. Contractor’s crews are required to carry out all work performed in the safest manner possible. Always follow all OHSA safety guidelines and requirements. Each crew must have an English speaker to communicate with residents. You will be accountable for all supplies used and must track client materials and parts.
Other Requirements
Contractors are required to provide all necessary tools to complete the job, including vehicles.
