Safety first mindset, Experience in drops a must, Ability to bore at least SW and DW a must. Make sure that you have all tools required to do the job safely and efficiently. Womper, Shovels, Rakes, Tamper, Drill / Flexbits for SW, Missile, Stick bore or other legitimate means for DW and Road Bores, EZ Trencher or Plow a plus but not required.

A dozen new sub divisions w new fiber build being released for installation, We need to get all the drops buried. This is a beautiful area and we are looking for crews that understand how to do clean work and leave the property looking like we were never there. Crews that take pride in their work and being the best at what they do. We have a heavy management prescience onsite and QC 100% of jobs so poor craftsmanship will be caught immediately and crews wont last. We are seeking experienced drop bury techs capable of completing driveway, and sidewalk bores. Applicants must have all necessary tools or be willing to purchase them. Tools include Womper, Shovels, Rakes, Drills and Flex Bits etc to efficiently complete drop bury jobs from start to finish. If you are inexperienced, we are willing to train the right people, must have passion, energy and drive. Pay is per drop, techs are averaging $2,500-$4,600 a week, with some doing much higher than that. Safety is key and we are looking for Men and Woman that work safely, efficiently while driven and want to make money.
