Must carry a light meter or signal tester for cutover validation
Ability to read job prints, identify utilities, and safely execute drop paths
Personal protective equipment (PPE) compliant with OSHA standards
Strong communication and reporting skills
Must pass background check and drug screen
Must carry general liability and auto insurance
