3+ years of experience. Proficient with OTDR(EXFO). Must own truck & Trailer or Van equipped for fiber work. Valid Driver's license with clean driving record. ability to work independently with minimal supervision. familiar with safety standards and PPE
Other Requirements
Preferred: Bucket truck, Certifications(FOA, ETA, ETC), Experience with aerial fiber construction, ability to read and interpret prints
Job Description
Perform high-quality fiber splicing with OTDR, light source, and power meter. Conduct testing and troubleshooting for fiber networks. Interpret construction drawings and splice schematics. Complete documentation and reporting accurately and timely. Adhere to safety procedures and industry best practices.
