As a Splicing Supervisor, you will develop new skills, work in a safety-minded environment, and join us in expanding technology for a better community. As a Splicing Supervisor, you will support a team of Coax and Fiber Splicers in the upgrade of existing plants, plant extensions, and new build construction.
In addition, you will:
• Give direction to multiple crews and their Jobsite activities.
• Develop your team’s skill set and knowledge of telecom construction.
• Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers.
• Lead by example and support the company-wide safety culture.
• Drive your team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects.
• Complete all necessary paperwork in a timely manner.
• Train and mentor new team members.
• Track time and job completion progress.
• Keep the job site organized and ensure proper restoration at project completion.
• Perform other duties as required and/or assigned.
About You:
• Safety is second nature to you.
• You consistently produce high-quality work.
• You enjoy solving complex problems and taking a hands-on approach.
• You thrive in long-term projects and fast-paced environments.
• You lead by example and enjoy coaching others.
• You are comfortable working outdoors and in varied conditions.
• You're experienced in telecom construction.
• You have 5+ years of Coax and Fiber Splicing experience.
• You hold necessary certifications such as OSHA 10
• You have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and the ability to learn custom software
• You're available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if needed.
MOS Codes V80B, B05A, 3D157, 6 relate well to this position.
Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000/yr
