Qualifications
Crews must have a strong background in underground construction. Those equipped with Ditch Witch JT10 or JT20 drills, or Vermeer 10x15 or larger, will be the best fit. All crews must bring their own tools, PPE, and operate with full competency. The ability to read prints and dig tickets is essential, and crews should be comfortable working in tight easements and residential zones.

This is not an entry-level contract. We’re hiring dependable teams that can hit the ground running, maintain clean work, and stay OSHA-compliant.
Job Description
We are seeking experienced underground subcontractors for a large-scale fiber installation project across Michigan. The scope includes fiber-to-the-home builds, long haul, and residential easement routes. Most of the terrain is favorable for digging, including sand, clay, and light gravel.
This is a long-term opportunity with consistent footage available. We're looking for self-sufficient, production-driven crews ready to mobilize immediately and meet quality and safety standards.
