Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS: Solid underground construction experience. Own drill and/or missile equipment. Must read and follow Blueprints and Dig tickets. Must bring all hand tools, safety PPE, and competent crew. High-quality work and adherence to all OSHA safety standards.
Other Requirements
Able to operate in mixed terrain, including sandy soils, clay, and light gravel • Crews should be familiar with Ring build, Residential easement work, and tight working environments

Project Overview:
We’re actively hiring subcontractors to take on underground conduit work (1.25”) in Illinois. This is part of a large-scale utility expansion with sand/gravel and some clay terrain. The work is ring and residential, with plenty of footage available. Rock conditions may exist.
Crews must be experienced, self-contained, and reliable. Quality work, safety compliance, and production accountability are a must.
This is not starter work. We’re looking for established underground crews ready to plug in and go. Long-term contract.
