Job Description
We’re actively seeking seasoned technicians for Comcast projects for the Ft. Meyers - Naples and surrounding areas. These markets are fast-paced, consistent, and offer permanent work all year long. If you're reliable and ready to earn top dollar, now is the time to get in.
Most techs average $1,299–$2,100 per week, based on performance, attendance, and work ethic.
What We’re Looking For:
1–2 years of cable experience required
Fiber installation or splicing experience preferred
Strong understanding of TQA best methods and practices
Proficient in ladder safety and proper field techniques
Able to use and read cable meters, interpret signal levels, and troubleshoot effectively
White truck or van required (limited lease options available on a first-come, first-served basis)
Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual individuals
Willingness to learn — we provide skill-alignment and uptraining to ensure consistency across our team
