Job Description
The Contractor responsible for all restoration work as well as photos of all work areas before, during and the after the project.
The Pictures that are required for every drop are as follows:
1. Photo of the home with the address visible.
2. Photo of the pathway before work is started.
3. Photo of the 20’ coil at the NID.
4. Photo or the sequential of this coil
5. Photo of the 20' coil at the PED or Pole
6. Photo of the sequential of this coil
7. Photo of the pathway after the drop placement.
The Contractor is to direct bury fiber from the closest pedestal to current customers.
• The Contractor to provide all labor, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the work listed in the Scope of Services
