$200 per location of IP camera installed and aimed. 67 Cameras total. Can assign you less cameras per schedule availability and assign to other technicians. Deadline is August 1st to complete all cameras. Will have new site lists each month.
Qualifications
KNOW HOW TO: Terminate Cat 5e/6a Cabling - Experienced Scissor Lift Driver - Proficient w/Technology (i.e. smart phones, email, spreadsheets, & PDF programs).
Other Requirements
Power drills, battery drills, concrete bits, concrete anchor screws, drywall anchors and screws, and all data/comm hand tools and toning/testing equipment, 12' ladder, measuring wheel, telecom consumables (RJ45, keystones, etc.), clear caulking, matte black paint.
Job Description
IP CAMERA INSTALL SOW:
Install multiple exterior cameras requiring wall penetration with 1 cable run per camera to the nearest switch.
Tech will be working with technical analyst support on configuration and integration.
Tech will be working with client Help Desk on FOV (Field-Of-View) verification. Once all FOV’s have been set to the necessary view to the best of the techs ability. 24-Hour notice will be needed to schedule with Wal-Mart.
ETA & SITE REQUIREMENTS:
HYBRID Day/Night work - Start @2200 - End @0600 (10pm-6am) Estimated Time on each Site: 15-30 hours
Number of Techs / Crew size: 1-2 per site
CHECK IN REQUIREMENTS:
1. Check in via mobile app
2. Check in with Store management at customer service and provide LOA and WO
3. Technician is required to arrive on time, with all tools and materials.
4. Technician is required to inventory all equipment as soon as they check in (cameras and lift only).
5. Technician is required to fill out switch info on the SPW and request ports with the TA’s as soon as they check in
DETAILED SCOPE OF WORK:
1. Once Store Management has been given the LOA, the Installer will work with store management to gain access to approved areas.
2. Technician will need to fill out the SPW BEFORE starting physical installation, this is for both wall-mounted and pole-mounted cameras.
3. Tech must also provide switch information in the SPW, and then tech MUST request ports from the TA’s via TA request form in the link below. (PLEASE DO NOT JUST PLUG INTO RANDOM PORTS. TA’S WILL GIVE YOU PORTS IF YOU PROVIDE THEM WITH SWITCH INFORMATION.)

4.Once SPW has been filled out with MAC addresses and switch information, the TA team will email you port information.
5. Tech will then run/terminate data cable from the nearest network switch to camera per layout.
6. Before drilling the hole for each camera, survey the possible FOV to ensure that nothing will be obstructing any camera views such as tree branches, metal signs, and awnings. a. NOTE: Per the customer, we have permission to cut off any branches that would possibly obstruct the FOV if needed. Call Support or fill out TA Support request form to seek approval of alternate placement. Photos must be provided.
7. Tech to install cameras per map location. The camera must be mounted to the concrete surface and must be clear of any Walmart branded advertisement. All cameras must be weatherproofed with clear silicone. Confirm camera mounting height is correct. Walmart Store cameras must be mounted at 10ft and Sam’s Club cameras also at 10ft. a. If there are any obstructions blocking the camera from being mounted at 10ft or blocking the FOV, escalate them to
b. PLEASE NOTE: Tech MUST confirm the following items are completed BEFORE reaching out to tech support:
c. Have you submitted your COMPLETED SPW form with MAC and switch information? d. Are the cameras at the correct height of the scope? Walmart 10ft, Sam's 10ft.
8. Once you have this all ready, please reach out to tech support to start the FOV process.
9. Once you have confirmed FOVs with tech support, you will then do Live verification of FOVs with the WM Support team. PLEASE NOTE This must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
10. Walmart live support contact info: (will be provided upon onboarding completion)
11. Once all cameras have been integrated and confirmed by both Support and WM support, tech must upload pictures of the approved FOV’s.
12. Have the store manager sign-off on the work order after FOV approval from the Walmart engineer(s).
13. Leave lift outside near the receiving dock, ensuring it’s clean and not blocking anything.
14. Tech support will release tech from the site once all FOV’s have been verified and required data has been gathered. Tech cannot leave the site until this is completed.

5. Picture of conduit installed for each camera that is below a drop ceiling.
6. 25ft service loop per camera at conduit/red iron/wall connection
7. Switch/port of each camera showing correct labelling inside camera body.
8. Picture of camera mounted 10 ft above ground (wide-angle photo with measuring tape).
9. Location of lift ready for pick-up at rear of store fully charged
10. Fully completed SPW with MAC address of all cameras, switch and port information.
11. Pictures of the distances being marked at 50 ft, 100ft, 150ft
12. In case we need to spray paint the back of signs black, provide picture.
13. Copy of Manager sign-off. Physical or digital signature.
