must be familiar with DOT requirements, OSHA, Workzone Safety and typical construction practices for the industry. Ability to use locator and communicate effectively with crews, stakeholders and any other permit issuing agencies that are involved. Operators must have experience to work independently and within 811 rules.
Job Description
This position will be observing contractors performing underground construction. Will be documenting depth, conduit tie-ins, crew and work zone safety during each work day. Operators will be performing conduit tie-ins behind boring crews.
