Our technicians earn between $2500 and $4000 per week, depending on their skill level and production output. Payments are made weekly, and you can contact us to inquire about the rates. Each state has its own rate and payment process.

Job Description
We're seeking a Fiber Technician to join our team for long-term, permanent work. In this role, you’ll be responsible for ensuring reliable connectivity between office and field locations by performing cross-connects at fiber hubs, installing fiber ONTs, and connecting at NAPs and house boxes. This is not a splicing role—your focus will be on installation and ensuring top-notch network performance. Clear communication with customers and team members is essential.

*Connect at Network Access Points (NAPs) and house boxes to ensure high performance.
