The Opportunity:
JDI Fibertech is seeking dedicated, dependable, and talented fiber technicians who are eager to learn, grow, and even consider starting their own fiber business. If you’re an experienced splicer with 3+ years of experience and want to join a company that values your skills and offers room to advance, we want to hear from you!

Required Skills and Tools:
• Loose tube fusion splicer
• OTDR
• Vehicle, splicing lab/van/cap, and ladder
• All splicing tools and standard PPE

• Show up on time – reliability is key
• Pay meticulous attention to detail
• Follow instructions carefully
• Strive for excellence in everything they do
• Have at least 3 years of experience: will be tested
• Are eager to learn new skills
