Job Description
• 1+ year experience in aerial construction (preferred)
• Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs
• Valid driver’s license
• Knowledge of bucket truck operation and climbing gear
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety

• Install and maintain aerial cable systems (fiber/coax)
• Set up and work from ladders, bucket trucks, and poles
• Perform pole transfers, strand placement, and lashing
• Troubleshoot and resolve field issues as needed
• Ability to work at heights and lift 50+ lbs
