Job Description
Lantech Communications LLC handles day-to-day installations for the Major Cable TV Companies and Internet providers. We have a long track record of providing great customer service, a friendly work atmosphere, and a knowledgeable technician base that can handle any job. We are seeking to hire more qualified technicians who can deliver a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
* Resolve, repair, and install cable TV, internet, telephone, and/or alarm equipment following guidelines.
* Ability to set up and configure residential networking equipment such as ONTs, routers, and switches
* Analyze and record test results within prescribed parameters by performing testing on company-issued devices and customer devices.
* Interface with customers to identify and remedy sources of customer-perceived issues.
* Drive a vehicle between home/office, warehouse, and work sites in a safe and courteous manner.
* Maintain a clean and stocked vehicle with equipment in order to be prepared to perform required duties.
* Complete paperwork accurately and report and record all work order status updates
