Qualifications
-MUST BE ABLE TO PASS BACKGROUND CHECK, DRUG TEST, AND HAVE A CLEAN DRIVING RECORD -MUST BE ABLE TO READ AND UNDERSTAND SYSTEM PRINTS/ MAPS AND DESIGN (COAX, FIBER, SYMBOLS)

Must be familiar using GIS and/or KMZ based software to generate as-builts and maps.
Job Description
-Oversee Field Operations: This includes coordinating schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring work is performed according to plans.
-Supervise Field Staff: This involves providing guidance and support to field personnel.
-Project Management: Ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
-Safety Compliance: Enforcing safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
-Communication: Communicating with clients and managers regarding a project's status and any issues that arise.
-Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records of field activities and preparing reports on project progress using GIS and/or --KMZ based software to generate as-builts.
-Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving issues in the field, including equipment malfunctions and other challenges.
-Resource Management: Coordinating logistics, including transportation, materials, and equipment.
