Job Description
Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Lead and manage MDU construction and deployment of telecom projects from start to completion.
Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety guidelines.
Construction & Engineering::
Supervise installation and network construction activities.
Manage contractors and subcontractors, ensuring quality of work, scope and timelines.
Safety & Compliance:
Ensure all work adheres to federal, state, and local regulations.
Implement safety protocols and enforce industry best practices on-site.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Min 5 years experience in Telecom Construction and / or Project Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field (preferred) or equivalent work experience.
Technical Skills:
Strong knowledge of ethernet and / or fiber optic networks, broadband infrastructure, and telecom construction best practices.
Project Management Skills:
Experience in managing large-scale MDU or network deployment projects.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and risk management capabilities.
PMP or equivalent project management certification (preferred).
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
