Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years in drop bury; 2+ years in team leadership / project management. Strong understanding of industry standards and regulations. Excellent skills in communication, problem-solving, time management, leadership and project management.

Work authorization; ability to commute; driver's license.
Job Description
Lantech Communications, LLC is seeking an experienced Drop Bury Manager to lead our underground cable installation projects. This role involves strategic management, contractor coordination, and ensuring high-quality execution within budget and deadlines. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Head office: Elk Grove Village, IL.
Position type: 1099 contract, full-time.

— This position requires a background check and a drug test.
— This position requires work authorization and a valid DL.
Key Responsibilities:
— Oversee project execution and coordinate with service providers.
— Ensure projects meet budget, timeline, and quality standards.
— Identify and resolve critical issues, escalating when necessary.
— Ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, and other legal and safety regulations.
— Communicate with municipalities and permitting authorities.
— Allocate resources efficiently and supervise team performance.
— Track and analyze key performance indicators (crew efficiency, complaint rates, completion timelines).
— Provide reports to upper management and clients.
