Crews must have boring capabilities - equipment and experienced manpower

Sub-Contractor/crews must bury service lines from the terminal to residence working with both Fiber and Copper drops.

• Must have all necessary tools and equipment to place cable at required depth of 8in, including plowing, boring, and hand digging.

• Must have drop plows or missile as well as the capability to perform driveway bores

• Must have experience burying drops, driveway bores

• Must have required insurance
