Job Description
Demarc Telecom & Utility LLC is expanding! We're seeking experienced and motivated Aerial Construction Linemen to join our dynamic team operating across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire. If you're passionate about building the backbone of tomorrow's communication networks, we want you on board.
Your Role:
Install & Maintain: Aerial and underground fiber optic infrastructure.
Operate Equipment: Utilize bucket trucks, lashers, winches, and other specialized tools.
Collaborate: Work closely with team members to ensure project efficiency and safety.
Troubleshoot: Identify and resolve issues to maintain network integrity.

Experience: Minimum of 5 year in telecom or utility pole work.
Licensing: CDL preferred; willingness to obtain if not already held.
Skills: Proficiency in climbing, rigging, and operating heavy machinery.
Attitude: Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety.
