We are seeking an experienced Field Supervisor to oversee our aerial cable construction project. The ideal candidate will be responsible for quality control, crew management, and maintaining accurate project documentation to ensure proper invoicing.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily activities of field crews.
Conduct quality control inspections of completed work.
Maintain and update project maps and documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
Communicate effectively with project managers and crew foreman.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in aerial cable construction supervision.
Strong understanding of construction maps and work orders.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
