Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Aerial Telecommunications Foreman, a skilled Aerial Telecommunications Lineman, and a motivated Telecommunications Groundhand.
A successful foreman will perform these duties:
Lead an aerial crew.
Read and interpret prints.
Troubleshoot and repair outages.
Communicate with other teams and customers about the job.
Maintain compliance with all internal processes and documentation.
Follow all safety regulations and industry standards.
The ideal lineman will perform these duties:
Install, maintain, and repair aerial telecommunications lines.
Climb poles and towers as necessary.
Troubleshoot and repair outages.
Follow internal and external safety regulations and procedures.
The ideal groundhand will perform these duties:
Communicate with and anticipate the needs of the lineman and foreman.
Recognize various tools and hardware the lineman will need at each juncture.
Keep tools, equipment, and materials organized, clean and in good working condition.
