Qualifications
Must be able to manage at least 10 fiber technicians and more, Must have previous managing skills, must know the in and outs of fiber splicing, Must know how to assist the technicians of how to troubleshoot issues
Other Requirements
Flexible hours, know how to use a computer/laptop, time management keeping the technicians busy
Job Description
This is a maintenance contract repairing cut fiber cable, troubleshooting low light issues and tracking them down and correcting them, managing currently 12 technicians and growing to around 20 technicians or so, must be able to multi task
