Job Description
New hire will be in charge of existing crew. Responsibilities include but not limited to working with crew to be productive while keeping a high safety standard on project. Laying drill shots out, making sure pot holing is complete and area is restored. We expect our drill crew leaders to actually be able to drill. Must fill the roll of operator or locator.
