Aerial experience as ground hand, valid drivers license

We have started a long term aerial project building strand, fiber and mst's. we are currently performing the make readies and are in need of two qualified ,experienced ground hands to work with our existing crews. If you have a lineman and want to come with a full crew we will consider that. you must have a valid drivers license with no substance abuse issues. A CDL license is a plus but not required. we are running two man aerial crews, paying lodging. And fuel the guys are making above average money. we pay weekly.
