Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Drop Bury Field Supervisor to lead our team and oversee drop bury operations. You will manage a team of technicians, ensure quality control, and ensure projects are completed safely and on time. Open for W2 or 1099 employment.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise drop bury operations and coordinate team activities.
-Ensure safety and quality standards are met.
-Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues.
-Communicate progress with management and clients.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Drop Bury and Field Supervision
-Experience: At least 3 years in Drop Bury operations or field supervision.
-Technical Skills: Knowledge of underground cable systems, fiber optics, and installation/maintenance procedures.
-Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams and ensure safety and quality in the field.
-Project Management: Experience managing field operations, scheduling, and meeting deadlines.
-Safety: Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
-Problem Solving: Ability to quickly identify and resolve field issues.
-Communication: Clear verbal and written communication skills for team coordination and reporting.
-Equipment: Familiar with tools and machinery used in Drop Bury tasks.
