JDI Fibertech is looking for dedicated, dependable, and talented fiber technicians who are eager to learn, grow, and even consider starting their own fiber business. If you’re a relatively new splicer with 3+ years of experience and want to join a company that values your skills and offers room to grow, we want to hear from you!
Though our company is young (just 2 years old), our founders bring 35 years of success in building businesses and are seeking exceptional individuals to join our journey.
What We’re Looking For:
We’re looking for fiber technicians who:
1. Show up on time – reliability is key.
2. Pay meticulous attention to detail and follow instructions carefully.
3. Strive for excellence in everything they do.
4. Have at least 3 years of experience (you will be tested).
5. Are eager to learn new skills and gain business insights.
