Job Description

Manage all assigned OSP projects, clients, partners and Field Supervisors in accordance with SPEQ (Safety Productivity Efficiency Quality) Metrics
• Maintain all project related data through company software and defined processes.
• Follow all company protocol for gathering necessary project data such as production schedules, daily logs, redlines, as-builts and other project deliverables
• Follow billing process for project Rev & COGS
• Maintain proper GP for all assigned projects
• Maintain clear timely communication to customer, subcontractor and management.
• Create and maintain healthy relationships with vendors, customers, employees, and subcontractors.
• Actively champion company culture and leadership goals when carrying out all responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion.
• Assess and execute corrective actions for project non-conformances, ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness. This must be done in a timely manner.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and work plans.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site workers through field supervisors.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
• Identify and address potential issues or repairs promptly and effectively.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define project requirements and deliver results aligned with expectations.
• Develop a network of subcontractors to ensure project efficiency.
• Negotiate bids and contracts to achieve the best value.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, permits, and compliance records.
• Microsoft 360, strong email communication and organization is a must.

Qualifications:
• A minimum of 3 years of Telecom Construction Management experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of Telecom Construction field experience.
• DOT experience a plus.
• OSHA 30 a plus
• Proven experience in all aspects of construction management.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Hands-on approach and ability to step in and assist with repairs when needed.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulatory standards.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiating skills to secure favorable terms with subcontractors and vendors.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively.
