Job Description
Seeking an experienced field supervisor in the greater Boston area to help grow our company. We are looking for an individual that is a go-getter, motivated, and can establish and maintain quality relationships with employees and clients. Please note this position is currently only supervising 3 technicians. Increased job responsibilities and salary intended with the growth of the company.
- Inspect the work of technicians to ensure work meets quality standards.
- Respond to and perform trouble calls as needed.
- Ensure all technicians are properly trained and follow safety protocols.
- Monitor daily work assignments and assign or reassign work for technicians as needed to ensure time frames are met.
- Cover routes when needed to ensure all work is covered.
- Close communication with the client regard scheduling, inquiries, and concerns.
- Recruit and train new technicians.
- Schedule and complete commercial jobs as needed.
- Consistent and punctual attendance, including some nights and weekends as needed.
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
