What We’re Looking For:
Qualified candidates must be fully tooled and have a 4WD or AWD Truck Van or SUV to carry a ladder.
A 28- or 32-foot Fiberglass Ladder with Midspan Hooks and V-rung, proper and up to date climbing gear is also required – If you have Gaffs and are experienced, please bring them along.
This is a traveling position so moving from one market to another may be required with very little notice, you may also be required to work in remote areas, all subject to the need of the client. We work weekends and in all kinds of weather conditions so please be mindful of that before applying.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications -
A full understanding and intermediate to expert knowledge of DSL, POTS, Copper Cable Diagnostics and Repair and all other facets of the copper trade. CM-8, Go Digital and Line Hunt experience will go to the front of the line.
Intermediate to expert knowledge of fiber plant, for both Single-Family Homes as well as MDU builds, and ideally some CASA, GFAST and Business Fiber Training. Possessing and being proficient with your own Fusion or Mechanical Splicer and OTDR and is a HUGE PLUS!!
