We have a need for five (5) Ground Hands, also known as a Ground Technician or Ground Crew Member, in Arlington, WA, to provide essential support to construction, maintenance, and utility crews. This role involves handling equipment, managing materials, and assisting in various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of job sites, particularly in aerial and underground work environments.
What You’ll Do
Hand dig and back fill trenches
Cable handling
Carry and load materials to be used on the job
Operate small hand tools
Provide ground support for backhoe and drill operators
Light repair and maintenance of tools and equipment
Wash and clean equipment and vehicles
Drive pick-up and one-ton vehicles to and from job site
Other duties as assigned
What You’ll Need
Must be physically able to endure the daily activity involved with the job
Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
Must be able to work in all weather conditions
