Qualifications
Experience Installing DSL Copper, Fiber I&R, Telco experience, CATV, Coax, fiber drops, ONT and routers.
Other Requirements
Truck/Van/SUV with ladder rack and 28" ladder, Must have light meter and visual fault locator, Android device, Must have valid Driver’s License, registration, and insurance.
Job Description
We are looking for experienced 1099 Service Installation Technicians to contract with us on scheduled fiber installations, reconnects, and other activities associated with the operation and maintenance of fiber residential installation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience is preferred in service installation in the fiber, cable, satellite, or residential alarm industry
Must use personal truck, SUV or van with a 28 ft. ladder/rack and equipment
Must have valid Driver’s License, registration, & auto insurance
Must have necessary Certificate of Liability (including Auto, General, Umbrella, & Workers Comp Liability Insurances)
Complete work in a safe and efficient manner in accordance with industry standards
Have schedule flexibility to meet constantly changing customer demands
Exceptional communication & customer service skills
Cannot be afraid of heights and must be comfortable working both indoors and outdoors
Must possess basic computer skills
