Qualifications: 1+ years of relevant work experience including supervisory and project management experience. Authorized to work in the U.S. with successful completion of pre-employment checks. Be knowledgable of 811 rules and regulations.
Other Requirements
Skills and Experience: Understanding of telecom construction, equipment, and tools. Leadership and team management abilities. Strong organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and time management. Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures. Engineering experience, including the ability to interpret and create telecom construction maps and diagrams.
Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a Crew Supervisor to oversee telecommunication construction crews for underground and aerial operations. This role is responsible for the precise, prompt, and secure installation, maintenance, and repair of telecom systems.
Key Responsibilities:
-You will supervise day-to-day activities and monitor the progress of projects, offering guidance to ensure smooth progress and that all required outcomes are successfully achieved.
-Collaborating with subcontractors, customers, and clients, you will assist with various tasks within an assisted area, department, or project. --You will identify project issues and risks, helping to develop response plans for resolution.
-You will also be responsible for documenting and ensuring that business goals are met, while providing support to the assigned area, department, or project.
-Strong communication skills are essential, as you will coordinate with subcontractors, customers, and clients to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
