We have a full-time Area Manager in Telecom Construction oversees the planning, execution, and management of telecom infrastructure projects within a specific geographic area. This role ensures that construction activities meet project specifications, timelines, and budgets, while adhering to safety and regulatory standards.
What You’ll Do
• Develop key performance goals and managing the performance of staff
• Create and implement strategies for business growth
• Hire new staff within a department or business unit
• Ensure departments or units deliver quality offerings to clients.
• Work closely with account managers and other senior staff to retain clients
• Develop new solutions to meet client needs
• Improve internal processes for better productivity
• Oversee large projects and interpreting performance reports
• Manage the budget & monitoring the financial health of a location or business unit
What You’ll Need
• Proven experience in telecom construction management or a related field, including experience managing multiple projects and teams.
• Strong knowledge of telecom infrastructure, construction processes, and industry regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
