We have a full-time need for a Telecom Field Inspector in Fredericksburg, TX, with expertise in Outside Plant (OSP), as well as aerial and underground systems.

What You’ll Do
• Works closely with internal groups, design, permit and manage construction of new fiber network
• Monitors infrastructure builds, reviews and approves work that has met customer’s construction standards
• Manage contractors/subcontractors
• Provide detailed daily/weekly reports.
• Will meet with contractors, permitting agencies, Engineering firms, customers, other OSP engineers and vendors to coordinate/mitigate projects
• Utilizes a variety of systems for the processing and reporting of work activities, documentation of
• Attend company and client status meetings as required.
• Experience with OTDR testing and interpreting results a plus
• Must have dependable vehicle.

What You’ll Need
• Must have experience in the Telecommunications or Broadband industry, with a focus on Outside Plant (OSP) required
• Must have experience with FTTH.
• Must be able to pass Background and Drug screening
• Must have a good driving record.
• Must be able to lift 75+ lbs. continuously.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and complete tasks assigned in a timely manner.
