We are looking for a full-time, motivated, & dependable Warehouse Associate in Florida, specifically in Alachua County, Gainesville, to become part of our team. In this role, you will handle a range of warehouse tasks, such as receiving, storing, and shipping products, while ensuring the warehouse remains organized and efficient. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and a strong commitment to safety are essential for success in this position. Additionally, you will be required to drive a box truck as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Checking out equipment and materials to technicians
- Picking up Equipment/Material from our Clients
- Organize and maintain warehouse area
- Organize and track materials, keep all bins fully stocked with supplies.
- Pull Reports on inventory, supply levels, usage, etc.
- Communicate professionally both verbally and written
- Schedule vehicle maintenance and track/record vehicle data

What you’ll need
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting
- Familiarity with Wex and Penguin Data
- Experience with a Cable MSO (Multiple System Operator)
- Proficient with Excel and other Microsoft Office products
- OSHA certification for operating a forklift is a plus
- Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs.
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle, including a box truck
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong accountability and the ability to enforce standards among team members
- Safety-minded with a commitment to maintaining a secure work environment
- Demonstrated integrity and reliability
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving
