We have a full-time Plow Crew & Laborer role in Arlington, WA. Job consists of day-to-day cable plow work with various sized conduits for outside plant fiber networks. Most of our work is performed under master service agreements with telecom carriers and regional utilities. The work consists of new buildings, maintenance, and restoration in rural and metro areas.
What You’ll Do
• Identify and pothole underground utilities, hand dig, operate cable plow
• Read prints and demonstrate good judgement in the field
• Work as a team in tandem with supervisor, manager, and other crew members
• Perform all duties adhering to company safety procedures and policies
What You’ll Need
• Operating plow: 3 years
• Identifying existing utilities: 3 years
• Underground drop or construction work: 2 years
• Works near moving mechanical parts
• Must be able to work in an outdoor environment year-round in all weather conditions.
• Occasionally exposed to the risk of electrical shock, radiation, and vibration.
• May be required to work more than 40 hours per week and outside normal business hours, such as holidays, evenings and weekends as business
